Phosphate Free Nano

Chemsol Nano FM 701: It is used in spray and dip for sheet metal components at room temperature. Nano coating is phosphate free hence there is no sludge in coating bath. It provides amorphous coating and on quality performance it stands between iron phosphate and zinc phosphate coatings. 

Chemsol Nano NFM 702: It is used in spray and dip process for Aluminum and galvanizing sheets at room temperature. Nano coating is phosphate and chrome free hence there is no sludge in coating bath and no pollution due to chrome. 

Chemsolene 2709: Heavy metal free, low process time and temperature, It is used in spray and dip for sheet metal components at room temperature & and at 40 deg C also, negligible sludge generation and a very fine amorphous coating suitable for all metals.  

Chemsolene CNT 23: is the new coating surface treatment technology replacing Zinc Phosphate. It is mainly made of Zirconium Hydroxide amorphous coating, and while it is only a thin coating, its resistance against acids and alkaline give it an equivalent level of corrosion resistance as in Zinc Phosphate treatment.
